I was so excited to shoot new branding photos for Charleston painter Fallon Peper earlier this summer! Fallon paints landscapes, abstracts, and still lifes. She primarily paints in plein air, meaning she sets up her easel outdoors and paints her environment. She is used to people peeking over her shoulder and asking her all sorts of questions as she paints out in Charleston and the Lowcountry! Fallon also teaches a plein air workshop called Field and Flow in McClellanville, SC.
Besides being an incredible painter, Fallon is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is generous, thoughtful, and bubbly as can be. She painted me a landscape of my favorite Sullivan’s Island station (the same one I just released as a diptych in my Fine Art Shop!) and it’s something we’ll have hanging in our home for years to come! Thank you, Fallon, for the gorgeous painting and being the most fun subject!
