4 Free Email Templates to Land Brand Photo Clients

    gimme that

In need of some branding photoshoot inspiration for your next shoot? I’ve got you covered! I recently had the pleasure of photographing brand images for Seantell Dorsey, the owner of the Jonathan J. Wright Inn, located in Charleston, South Carolina. The JJW Inn is located in the heart of downtown Charleston, which Travel + Leisure magazine has named the #1 city in the U.S. 8 years in a row! The incredible restaurant scene, history, and charming streets are not the only assets that make Charleston #1. Undeniably, the hospitality industry in Charleston is top-notch, and Seantell adores hosting guests here.

Brand Shoot with Seantell Dorsey of JJW Inn

The JJW Inn is a labor of love for Seantell. Particularly, she handles every guests’ stay personally, providing concierge services and a comforting stay at every level. For her brand shoot with me, Seantell wanted to be photographed in downtown Charleston to show off her love of the city. We chose lower King Street and Chalmers Street as our shoot locations, which are two of my favorite streets in the city!

Seantell also wanted a few detail shots to mix in with her portraits. For these details, Seantell brought along a few branded JJW Inn materials like her leather key fob, stationery, and a bouquet of flowers. In between shots of Seantell, I grabbed a few photos of window boxes and early-springtime blooms. These types of shots are always great to add into your brand shoot; they give your website and social media space to breathe. Your potential clients & customers will also experience your brand story on a deeper level through these images.

Not surprisingly, thanks to Seantell’s warm personality, she and I captured brand photos that felt totally on point for the JJW Inn! Enjoy perusing her brand photos, and I hope they leave you with new ideas for your own shoot!

I hope Seantell’s photos gave you some solid branding photoshoot inspiration! I’ve helped many clients plan and prepare for their branding shoots, and I know the process can feel overwhelming.
